This is a rice wine from Kojo-nishiki. It would have been even more fun if we had done a drinking comparison the other day, including this one.
Delicious.
It is sweet and dark, but it doesn't stay in the mouth after drinking and has a nice sharpness to it. Excellent 👏.
I can gobble it up.
Also, the pitch went up.
I had two more drinks at this restaurant and one at the after-party, but due to my next check-in, I will not be able to post them until later.
