I was not able to buy this yellow electric chrysanthemum last year due to purchase restrictions. I was able to buy them over a year ago! I wrote in a post exactly one year ago that I wanted to buy both in one bottle next year, and it seems I got my wish 😁.
As you can see from the rich sweet aroma, it has a sticky mouthfeel with a slight sourness behind the sweetness. The aftertaste is clean and the umami lingers in the mouth and can be enjoyed for a long time.
I was hooked by the taste of last year's Densho-Kiku Ooragarami and have followed it for a year as much as possible. It is available locally and at a great price, so it has become a regular sake in our house that is never out of place. We are looking forward to a new Orikagarami product coming out next month.
