This is my first time to drink special junmai.
The aroma is lactic acid-like. Slightly alcoholic aroma.
Very sweet, more than expected.
Syrupy sweetness, followed by bitterness and a light edge.
Delicious, but I was able to keep about half of it.
The third day after a long absence from drinking.
The fruit-like sweetness is still there.
Berry-like? It might be melon-like when the temperature rises.

This is the first Hello!
It has a characteristic acidity. It is a clear and refreshing sourness.
There is sweetness, but bitterness also follows.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness seems to expand.
Since I went through the trouble, I took it slow over a few days.

I was excited to open the bottle.
It has a sweet aroma.
When you drink it, the juicy and gorgeous sweetness spreads in your mouth.
The second half is quite refreshing with a bitter taste.
Yes, it is delicious!

First, the Aizan 59 Junmai Ginjo has a gorgeous aroma right from the start and a complex aftertaste with a sweetness that spreads quickly after the first sip.

パパバスI bought a different summer sake because I enjoyed the Shooting Star I had before. It is a refreshing type of Eiko-Fuji with a lot of acidity and a moderate sweetness. It has a certain amount of flamboyance, so it was good as a food sake. パパバスA bottle brought to a barbecue.

Slightly aged aroma. The palate has a firm sweetness and lactic acidity. And a buttery caramel taste. It has a hint of raisins and has matured well...this is delicious. As a lover of aging, I can't stand it. It may be a maniac to keep it at room temperature, but we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for a year. Soga can be kept at room temperature for a year, even if it is a draft sake. It is rather delicious.
