First, the Aizan 59 Junmai Ginjo has a gorgeous aroma right from the start and a complex aftertaste with a sweetness that spreads quickly after the first sip. Rice polishing ratio: 59% (Ogihira rice polishing) Alcohol content: 16%.

Slightly light, clean sake with juicy sweet acidity. It is suitable for cold sake and the acidity makes it refreshing. Good Chiba sake! The cork jumps a lot 😅 maybe because it's a bit gassy. I changed the stopper to another sake stopper and it stopped flying 😅.

I bought an extra bottle of ocean99 in a hurry because it was right in the middle of the strike zone. I bought a bottle and found out that it has a white wine-like aroma and sweetness that increases in 3 days after opening the bottle. It is fresh, juicy, and delicious, so I think it will be gone in 3 or 4 days!

The one that was stored at room temperature in the closet last semester sis. What happened after one summer? Slightly aged aroma. The palate has a firm sweetness and lactic acidity. And a buttery caramel taste. It has a hint of raisins and has matured well...this is delicious. As a lover of aging, I can't stand it. It may be a maniac to keep it at room temperature, but we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for a year. Soga can be kept at room temperature for a year, even if it is a draft sake. ☀️ It's my first ❗️"Murasuke" 👏. There was a label of Bordeaux color and a label here. I asked the sake shop about the difference. I asked the sake shop the difference and they said "There is no notation, but Bordeaux is Tokujun class and but the Bordeaux is in the Tokujun class and this one is in the Jungin class" 💡. After much consideration, I chose this one ✌️. We didn't have it in stock, but the green letters on the black background correspond to Jun Dai class😄. A quiet ginjo aroma...a good hunch ☺️. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not. The mouthfeel is like being stroked by a soft feather✨. Too soft and gentle 💖. The liquor store also said that it tastes like licking wasanbon The taste... Exactly like that 😆❗️ It's just so noble, just so fragrant🥀 The bitterness you feel afterwards is also very smooth😋 This is not something you should drink while eating💦. It's a weak and fragile taste, so it's good to drink it alone👍. The first time, I became a fan🤗. I want to drink all kinds❗️

I've been reading about it for a while now, and I've been imagining what it would taste like. The sweetness of this wine is full of fruitiness, but it's not overpowering. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's a great way to start the day. One thing I regret is that I should have drunk it in a wine glass... 💧 It looks like it won an award 😣 I'll do that for the rest👍.
