This is my wife's birthday, so I chose this one.
The clarity is amazing.
Hard to take a photo for the record though 😅.
The taste is just as beautiful as I imagined.
Fresh, fruity. Apple🍎ish?
It's refreshing at the end and I gobble it down.
The liquor store kindly gave us some of their sake lees, which we enjoyed very much with cream cheese and mixed into pork miso soup 😋.
