てつやAlcoholic taste comes first, followed gently by the umami of rice.

It has a slight sweetness, but not too much, and a slightly spicy aftertaste. I like the taste of alcohol though it remains a little. てつやThe sharpness of the sharpness is not unlike Yamamoto's.
The rice is Ichihozumi.
When you drink it, umami also comes at you.

I don't feel like Yamahai at all, but maybe that's because it was the last one. It was a little off, so it was out of its element, but it didn't interfere with the meal.
Sweet! It tastes like a blissful dessert. It was like a blissful dessert.
Even though it was the last saké, it tasted very well without losing much of its flavor. As expected of Kudoki-no-Tei.
Delicious, but not great. A refreshing summery sake.
It's refreshing and tasty. Although you can feel the alcohol, it doesn't linger too much, which makes it easy to drink.
I was prepared for this wine because it was described as firm, but it is indeed firm but delicious with umami!
First of all, it is unique.
The 99% one is a cunning sake with so much umami that you would not believe it is almost brown rice. The challenge of Niimasa is overwhelming.
The other one, the "eating sake," has a lot of acidity, but it doesn't taste like alcohol. Is it low in alcohol content? I can drink as much as I want. LOL!
Beetle, did it taste like this? Acidic type. I thought it was a grape wine. It tastes like a combination of acidity and umami, like a young fruit.
I got the impression that the sweetness typical of Isoboast was not felt. Omachi? It was like "Omachi". It was surprisingly refreshing, though you could feel the stickiness that one would expect from Omachi.
As expected, I like GANKI. It is dry but has a good umami flavor.
A good, sweet sake that is relatively freshly opened. Tasake is delicious after all.
Maybe it's because the rice variety used this time is called Hyakusetsu, but it's a bit more refreshing than I expected from Tasake.
But it was tasty and juicy enough! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
