First of all, it is unique.
The 99% one is a cunning sake with so much umami that you would not believe it is almost brown rice. The challenge of Niimasa is overwhelming.
The other one, the "eating sake," has a lot of acidity, but it doesn't taste like alcohol. Is it low in alcohol content? I can drink as much as I want. LOL!

A good, sweet sake that is relatively freshly opened. Tasake is delicious after all.
Maybe it's because the rice variety used this time is called Hyakusetsu, but it's a bit more refreshing than I expected from Tasake.
But it was tasty and juicy enough!
