Timeline
The fourth and last cup was a junmai sake from Kariho, Akita. It was good for the finish with its umami taste. With lettuce wrapped with pork belly. It has been a long time since I had Sakuta in Hachinohe. Good mouthfeel. It's a good feeling. The second glass was Haruka from Akita. The slightly sour taste is very nice with the grilled chicken. Delicious! After a long time, my partner and I went to Denbei for a drink in Yokohama. The yakitori here is excellent. There is no standard sake, but you can choose from the list of the day, and the price is flat per 1 gou. There is no high-rank sake, but you can have fun choosing your favorite. The first sake is Miyagi's Haginotsuru. The fourth and final drink was not from Tohoku, but unusually from Kanagawa. The third drink was Yamagata. It is a bit different from the Yamagata sakes we have had so far, and quite dry. The more I drank it with food, the stronger the flavor became. I had never heard of Yamawa in Miyagi before. This is my first time. It has a good taste and is nice. After a long time, I went to Denbei in Yokohama. The first sake was Suehiro from Fukushima. It is a summer sake, but it is not as acidic as I expected and has a robust taste. This silky snow tasted even better. Next is a limited edition sake of Mansaku no Hana from Akita. This one was umakuchi (delicious). It was delicious with a slight acidity. This year's outside drinking starts with Nabeshima. It has a clean, elegant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. It is one of the best Nabeshima I have ever tasted. The fourth and final cup is a Junmai from Hokkaido. Kuriyama-cho in Yubari? Kuriyama-cho in Yubari, the town where baseball manager Kuriyama moved to, right?
It has a soft taste. It was quite a gem with a sharp and tasty taste. The third glass was a junmai ginjo from Gifu. Fresh fruity aroma like muscat. The acidity is just right. The umami spreads slowly. The second glass was my first Ibaraki sake.
It was more acidic than Yonetsuru, but gradually changed from acidity to umami as we continued eating and drinking. After a long absence, we went to our usual restaurant, Denbei. Today's sake lineup started with Yonetsuru Junmai.
It is light on the palate and goes down well. It is delicious and has no unpleasant taste. The third glass is a special junmai dry. This one has a slightly more bitter taste. The flavor comes out when you drink it while eating. The second cup is Takasago from Shizuoka. It is a Yamahai dry sake with a strong Yamahai character. It was a very typical Japanese sake. Tonight, there were four kinds of Takasago at the event. Before the summer vacation, I went to Denbei-san for a bit. It has a firm, umami taste. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
