ma-ki-
The third cup of my first KEG DRAFT was Matsuoka Brewery's Mikadomatsu KEGDRAFT Junmai Daiginjo.
I will have it immediately.
There are a few bubbles in the glass.
First, the aroma. There is not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it too is a smooth drink.
The sweetness is low, and there is a nice bitterness that goes up to the back of the throat.
The lingering aftertaste has a hint of citrus, which is very refreshing.
So far, this was the driest sake I have tasted so far, and I enjoyed it very much.
