It has a sense of transparency, similar to the 35% polished Akabu Kyokagami Nozan that we had the day before, but the umami is thicker and I personally prefer this one.

When it is cold, it is very refreshing with a hint of umami. As the temperature rises, the rich flavor that is typical of autumn agari increases. Personally, I prefer it at room temperature.
