What kind of alcohol is it? I bought it with anticipation and anxiety. It is made by Machida Shuzo, so it must be right. There is almost no aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the gas. After the sweetness and deliciousness, there is a slight bitterness. A unique feeling spreads in the mouth. It spreads in the mouth. I had a preconception that it was a sake for eating but it can be enjoyed to the end by itself. It's the best of its kind! I recommend it.

Specially blended sake from Kamikura. The rice is Omachi and Iwai. The aroma is a fruit type like grapes, not too gorgeous. Not only that, but it has a slight complexity. The taste is solid sweetness and a solid flavor typical of Omachi. It has a moderate acidity with a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste. It is not only beautiful, but you can feel various tastes in one sip. This is the only sake that has the chemical formula of parallel double fermentation on the stopper.

I drank it last year and it was quite delicious. The aroma is gorgeous and sparkling as the name "Kirameki" implies. It smells like ripe pineapple and grapefruit. The taste is juicy sweetness with a good amount of umami. It is typical of Omachi. The aftertaste is well integrated with a moderate bitterness that may be due to the alcohol. I wondered if there was bitterness last year. But it is well balanced and has a good aftertaste. It was also very good this year. It can be paired with a wide range of meals, and is so delicious that it can be drunk easily, but it is 17% alcohol. It is 17% alcohol, so you have to be careful...

The sake rice is 100% Gohyakumangoku and the polishing ratio is 53%. It has a gentle ginjo aroma, and when you take a sip, you may think it is heavy and thick, but the bitterness comes a little and it breaks off quickly. It is delicious. On the back label, it says "I want everyone who drinks this to feel happy" and I felt happy 😋.

In Kura Master 2020, it was ranked as one of the top 5 in the Junmai Daiginjo category❗. This 2021 seems to have been brushed up even more. (From the back label) It is made from 100% Yamada Nishiki grown by local Murata-san and polished to 40%. It has a floral ginjo aroma rather than a fruity one. It has a honey-like sweetness and a slight sourness at the end. It's delicious. I'd rather enjoy this sake on its own all the time than with food👍.
