Specially blended sake from Kamikura.
The rice is Omachi and Iwai.
The aroma is a fruit type like grapes, not too gorgeous. Not only that, but it has a slight complexity.
The taste is solid sweetness and a solid flavor typical of Omachi. It has a moderate acidity with a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste.
It is not only beautiful, but you can feel various tastes in one sip.
This is the only sake that has the chemical formula of parallel double fermentation on the stopper.
