I realized again that Miyagi sake is very good 😋. ささかま3We opened a bottle of new sake purchased in April. The wife prepared a variety of snacks for us. It had a subtle aroma, umami, acidity, and a nice sharpness. I tried drinking it warmed for the first time. It was even better with more umami. ささかま3I had Sentori for the first time.
I found it mildly sour and bitter. The sharpness was good.

This sake was too sweet for me as a food sake.
Today at the supermarket, I found Miyagi Prefecture's Akinatai fish on sale for 190 yen. I gladly bought it and had it grilled with salt for the third time this week. I would appreciate it if the price would drop a little more, as it is usually around 90 yen in season.

It was a delicious sake with a full-bodied, sweet taste with a sake strength of -16. ささかま3The aroma was almost imperceptible, but I detected a sourness reminiscent of grapefruit. The aftertaste was sharp and cutting. It was delicious. It went well with morning green edamame. ささかま3For the record. Anniversary 1) Since it is our anniversary, we decided on Daiginjo.
