Boshimaya Usagi Shin WHITE Unfiltered Nama Sake It suddenly got hot in July💦. Rafa is already suffering from summer fatigue 😿. I wanted a refreshing sake. I chose Boshimaya. This is my first time to try the Usagishin series: ✌️ It is full of sweetness on the palate. The fizzy bubbles mellowed the sweet taste. The spiciness and bitterness follow in the aftertaste. It is easy to drink with a clean finish. I tried to drink it on the second day after mixing the lees The cork almost flew off 🚀. Very energetic drink😃. It cheered me up too😊. This is the only choice for cold! Cold sake is OK for beginners! It is easy to enjoy, but if you are used to drinking it to some extent, it may be difficult to grasp the characteristics, and the bitterness and strong Alc sensation may cause you to wrinkle your brow lightly. And then, it is a cold belt! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not! This one! This is an "adult milky" with a much less sweet taste. It has a very creamy mouthfeel and a rough texture. Zenkei is a classic junmai nigori, which seems to be a combination of ginjo-brewed sake rice and dry junmai sake, but I can't detect any ginjo flavor. It's also my first time to buy Watabune Roku no Sake😊. 
It has a slight yellowish color. Round but firm flavor 😋. Beautiful acidity that comes over you slowly and gradually. A sharp and refreshing aftertaste... 🤤. I bought this sake at a liquor store with Rafa papa and Nemuchi. I had given up on buying it because I couldn't get it during the New Year's holidays, but I was able to buy it! Hata Sake Shop near Minami Ibaraki Station. Fusashimaya, Hyakushun, Haginodorou, Nozomu, Mutsu Hachisen, Asakayousei, Shinshu Kamerei, Honkin, Kitaan Okuni, Ikki Zama, Ryoseki, etc. Strong gassiness and gleffle-like sweet bitterness. I think Usagishin BLACK is a must-have! When I mixed lees, it was schwa bitter.

Shinshu Kamerei Summer Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi I couldn't go on the release day because I was at work 😭 My wife went to buy it for me 😆. The other day we drank Daishinshu Hitogokochi. This summer junmai ginjo is also Hitogochi! So we compared them ✌️. Shinshu Kamerei is a refreshing summer sake! It has a clear and light taste 😌. The restrained and elegant sweetness is just right! Daishinshu has a mellow and rich taste. It is cohesive and safe to drink 😊. Both are delicious 🤤.

As I recall, it was Las 1 when I bought it. It was a close call😅. It's fire-brewed, but fresh and strong gassy, like a fresh sake. It also has a little dryness. Not as sweet as the Hitogokochi Nama I've had in the past, but it's refreshing, fruity, juicy, sweet and very tasty. It's like a cider for adults! I think I prefer the Hitogokochi I drank before, though it's a close call.

I found something good...mmmmmm💕! It was a present from God 🎁⁉️ It was Shinshu Kamerei 🤣️. I was lucky enough to get it by a series of coincidences ✌️ Saturday I went to buy Kawanakajima Genmai... There was only one bottle and I went to the cashier... I went to the cashier... paypay is no longer available... When I went home to get my wallet... Sold out of one bottle. Sunday I went to buy Tasake... I also got member only sake with my points... But no limited edition sake today 😭 I went to a nearby liquor store... Do you have any Shinshu Kamerei? They might have some left if it's a four-pack... When the owner came back from the warehouse in the back... He had a bottle in his hand 🤣😭👍✌️ There were a lot of things... A gift from God 🎁. Mwah 💕🤤... If I had bought Genshu Mai or limited edition sake... I didn't go to the liquor store to get the wrong one... I was lucky✌️. Fresh & fruity 🥰. Like an apple 🍎. Is it less gassy than the Usagishin BLACK series? It has a slightly sweet, koji-like aroma. I thought it would be a bit sweeter... Is it a little less sweet than other Usagishin? It feels spicier than Usagishin's Gohyakumangoku... I still prefer Usagishin BLACK with Yamadanishiki.

Yumenoko rice is used. It is not flashy and has a calm feeling. It's hard to put into words, but it's a well-balanced and very good sake. It has a melon-like taste. If you like Instrument Masamune, you will like this. It also has a little smoky nuance. It's a Shinshu Kameari's special shop, so I went there expecting that, but they didn't have it. This is the only place I know about Shinshu Kameari.

Shinshu Kameari Hitogochi Summer Junmai Ginjo I finally got my hands on this Shinshu Kameari✌️. This is the first time I've ever had it. It was as good as I expected it to be❣️. The aroma is a little bit like a pear. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing like summer sake🏖. I would like to drink regular sake oldest.
