Shinshu Kirei✨ I got it from Rafa, the sake god who has been getting rare sake one after another lately. Thank you 🙏. Pleasant sweetness of apple and citrus fruits, and a slight bubbly chilli feeling. It has a summery freshness and sharpness. Shinshu Kamerei is just as good on tap as it is on fire. It was so delicious that I got mana-chiri.

The day before, I was waiting at my parents' house until opening time to pick up the hanpukai sake from Kadoya Brewery, when bouken-san informed me on a group line that Hata-san had this sake in stock for the first time in the Kansai region: ‼️ I'm a sucker for firsts, limited editions, and commemorative items, so I usually go home after driving to Kadoya, but I was in a hurry to get this sake, so I took my mom's bike and headed out 😆. So I went out on my bike to get this sake 😆 and got the one that was directly pumped 🤩. The next day I opened the bottle at home 😊. The taste is a combo of apple and grape acidity as per everyone's review 🥰. It's fresh and juicy, with a little bit of a direct pumping flavor. It is a very tasty sake with a fresh and juicy taste. I would like to try some of the others 😋.

Boshimaya Usagi Shin WHITE Unfiltered Nama Sake It suddenly got hot in July💦. Rafa is already suffering from summer fatigue 😿. I wanted a refreshing sake. I chose Boshimaya. This is my first time to try the Usagishin series: ✌️ It is full of sweetness on the palate. The fizzy bubbles mellowed the sweet taste. The spiciness and bitterness follow in the aftertaste. It is easy to drink with a clean finish. I tried to drink it on the second day after mixing the lees The cork almost flew off 🚀. Very energetic drink😃. It cheered me up too😊. This is the only choice for cold! Cold sake is OK for beginners! It is easy to enjoy, but if you are used to drinking it to some extent, it may be difficult to grasp the characteristics, and the bitterness and strong Alc sensation may cause you to wrinkle your brow lightly. And then, it is a cold belt! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not! This one! This is an "adult milky" with a much less sweet taste. It has a very creamy mouthfeel and a rough texture. Zenkei is a classic junmai nigori, which seems to be a combination of ginjo-brewed sake rice and dry junmai sake, but I can't detect any ginjo flavor. I bought this sake at a liquor store with Rafa papa and Nemuchi. I had given up on buying it because I couldn't get it during the New Year's holidays, but I was able to buy it! Hata Sake Shop near Minami Ibaraki Station. Fusashimaya, Hyakushun, Haginodorou, Nozomu, Mutsu Hachisen, Asakayousei, Shinshu Kamerei, Honkin, Kitaan Okuni, Ikki Zama, Ryoseki, etc. Strong gassiness and gleffle-like sweet bitterness. I think Usagishin BLACK is a must-have! When I mixed lees, it was schwa bitter.

Is it less gassy than the Usagishin BLACK series? It has a slightly sweet, koji-like aroma. I thought it would be a bit sweeter... Is it a little less sweet than other Usagishin? It feels spicier than Usagishin's Gohyakumangoku... I still prefer Usagishin BLACK with Yamadanishiki.
