Continuing from yesterday, today's sake is Mikotsuru's Suwa Miyamanishiki. The specs are almost the same, the only difference is the sake rice 😀. The taste... the same Mikotsuru nuance at the end finish, but the starting point was completely different 😀. Yesterday's Kinmon-nishiki started out with a robust flavor and Mikotsuru came out at the end, but this Suwa Miyamanishiki had Mikotsuru's nuance from the beginning to the end 😀. Kaorin said she prefers Suwa Miyamanishiki because she likes sweet flavor, but I think I prefer Kinmon Nishiki because I can enjoy the change in flavor😇. I think this area is the result of difference in taste 😀.

Hi Yasubeyesan 🐦. I just rearranged Yasubeyesan's mikos because you drink a lot of different rice...they all look delicious 😻I think it's Suwa Miyamanishiki because I have similar tastes to Kaorin 🤔I want to drink all of them 🤣.
