As in New Year's Day, today I would like to start drinking together with my favorite Tsurukame from Nagano, Shinshu 😇.
The Tsuru is Mikotsuru's dry junmai ogara-mi and the Kame will be the first clear sake of the year 🐢.
Today we opened a bottle of Gokotsuru's dry junmai orikagara, which has a strong spiciness as it claims to be dry 😅.
Especially the top clear sake served at room temperature has a very strong taste 😅.
This is a very hard taste for Kaorin 🤣.
Kaorin was given the cooled version and the tightly mixed version, she made a face when she put it in her mouth, but the fruity finish at the end was nicely gone and she was satisfied with the taste 😇.
It's such a robust taste, even for those who don't like dry wine.
I'm impressed with Miko's ability to convince even those who don't like dry wine 😇.

But the lukewarm sake I had today was really good 😀.
I think it might be my favorite lukewarm sake I've ever had 😇
