Since I started visiting this liquor store, the ratio of Nagano sake has suddenly increased 😀.
The owner of this store does not often recommend sake brands, but this sake was recommended to me by the owner when he said he had found a good sake 😀.
I have already had a bottle of Hokian Okuni Sake that was stored in the snow last year and I enjoyed it very much.
This sake was originally intended for a sake competition and was only distributed in Nagano Prefecture, but after years of negotiations, it was bottled for the first time for a liquor store in Osaka😇.
The aroma and drinking impression of this sake was just beautiful 😀.
It was crystal clear, but the deliciousness just disappeared beautifully 😀.......but I can still feel the sake, which is something I am not good at expressing, it was a delicious sake 🤣.
Now that we are all awakened to Nagano's sake, my wife and I are going to Ueda, Nagano on the 14th and 15th of this week😇.
There are six sake breweries in Ueda, and we plan to visit four of them that have stores and a sake shop that specializes in local sake😇.
I'm a little disappointed that last week I would have been able to buy Shinshu Kamerei's Mari-san label, but I'm going to enjoy a lot of Nagano sake 🤣.
