Shinshu Kamerei's Sake Rice Difference Drinking Comparison😇
Today, I chose Yamae Nishiki, the third sake 😀.
The aroma is the mildest of the three, but it is undeniably delicious on the palate😇.
It would be very rude of me to compare them, but they are definitely delicious 🤣.
If you ask me which one is my favorite, my simple preference would be Miyamanishiki which I drank yesterday 🤣.
I've recently become really fond of sake from Nagano Prefecture, so I've decided to end my hanpukai with two different sake breweries and will be receiving my hanpukai sake from them starting in April.

Yasubeyesan‼️ Ueda's sake brewery and the atmosphere of the street is great! The bakery and eateries along the street are great too😊I recommend Zenkojiya Sake Shop near Seimasamune, Daishinshu's brewery, a short walk from Shinshu Kamerei when you go to Nagano!

Nagano sake is really my boom lately, so when my current stock runs out, my Nagano sake ratio is going to go up a lot😇.

Yes, I would like to go to other places besides Ueda, because I have come to love Nagano sake more and more after my sake brewery tour in Ueda, but I have decided to go walking on my sake brewery tour, so I am a little disappointed that I can't expand the scope of my visit 🤣.
