Following the previous comparison between Yamane-nishiki and Hitogokochi by Gokotsuru, this time we will compare Kinmon-nishiki and Miyama-nishiki 😀 Today we will open a bottle of Kinmon-nishiki 😇 Today we will open a bottle of Miyama-nishiki 😇
Today we opened the bottle of Kinmon-nishiki.
The aroma is the same as usual Gokozuru, but the taste at the moment of drinking is a little stronger and clearer than the previous Yamae Nishiki and Hitogochi 😀.
However, the last remaining taste is back to the usual Gokotsuru's nuance 😇.
It's amazing that the taste on the palate is so different just by using different sake rice, even though it's the same Gokotsuru's junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake 😀.
Gokotsuru is now a sake I want to follow for a while 😇.
