Timeline
は らWhat a calming spiciness as I drank it after the hana-yori.
It's sharp.
There is no aroma or shit (compliment). は らHeard it was a very rare sake.
Overwhelming aroma. Pineapple. It didn't even seem like muscat.
Really fruity and gorgeously spreading aroma > taste. は らThe rice wine of my dreams. My first rice wine.
No need for snacks with just this. It has a satisfying and elegant flavor that is hard to believe it is a special junmai.
Thank you sb for letting me drink it. I am really happy. は らThe subtitle is "a ginjo-shu that goes well with fish.
It is definitely a food sake. No insistence, but it doesn't get in the way either.
Watery.
It is wonderful that Kazuya has this kind of sake. A raw fish offering alongside the Hikkami. は らA gift from the land of fleeting disappearing white glittering snow."
A catchphrase unique to Yamagata. The ogara-gara is beautiful.
The taste is sweet like amazake. But it is not too strong.
I wonder if it is only available in winter. は らI love Hidakami. Repeat.
Truly an honor student. Perfect with raw fish. Only cold sake is good.
◎◎ は らCold sake
I didn't have much time at all this time, so I couldn't examine it much: ......
This one is not too spicy and refreshing, so I was able to reset it when I put it in between drinks. It is like a food sake.
It has a slight bitterness after the acidity, which is not often found. は らHot.
Hot and crisp.
Great for the first glass of hot sake. Warms the organs.
I liked it very much but honestly couldn't examine it much because I wasn't alone. は らThis is my second time at Kazuya. As I expected, I prefer sake from the Tohoku region.
The last Eikoufuji was a Junmai Daiginjo, the king of sake, so there was a gap between the two.
I was attracted to this winter-only sake.
I heard that it is hi-ire, which is rare for Eikoufuji. And it is dry.
I'd like to drink it in a wintery way, like cold with oden or hot with albacore liver. は らLighter cut than Kame no Kai
Seemingly rice called Senbon-Nishiki
