This is my second time at Kazuya. As I expected, I prefer sake from the Tohoku region.
The last Eikoufuji was a Junmai Daiginjo, the king of sake, so there was a gap between the two.
I was attracted to this winter-only sake.
I heard that it is hi-ire, which is rare for Eikoufuji. And it is dry.
I'd like to drink it in a wintery way, like cold with oden or hot with albacore liver.
