It's very sweet from the aroma ^^ Good smell of alcohol.
Fruit juice❗️Melon, peach🍑But the sweetness doesn't linger, it's very clean and refreshing^ ^^.
I feel so much more delicious than when I tasted it ^ ^.

A thick ginjo aroma, a thick sweetness that sizzles out like a small basket of rice❗️A thick, thick flavor as if the rice broth were working. Yet, it's light enough to fall onto the tongue in a smooth manner.
Enjoyable in the mouth for a relatively long time ⭐️I like these❗️.

The scent is rich and soothing, the aroma of the ginjo
It has a fresh sweetness that is typical of fresh sake, but not as sharp as it should be. The acidity is moderate, like a mandarin orange 🍊
The end, while somewhat piquant, ends quite mildly. Perfect for now that it's almost cooler ^

But the alcohol taste is not annoying.
At the first slip the flavor of 生酒 (raw sakè) is intense and round, but at the second slip all the power kick hard.
Not the sake for every occasion, but I like it with salty cheese like "Parmigiano Reggiano".
