100% Tamasakae grown in Yamanashi Prefecture

This is the first time I have had sake made from Tamasakae.
It is said that it is not a rice suitable for ginjo, but this is a new challenge for the Banya Brewery.
I don't know if this is the unique taste of Tamakae or not, since it is my first time.
I would like to try other Tamakae products.

I asked the master to start with the easiest one, as I wanted to drink about 3 glasses, and this was the first one.

I regretted that I should have enjoyed the change in taste more slowly.

Drank cold, but felt a little unsatisfied.
It is written as "warmed up," so I wonder if it would be better warmed up.
At Zen, a live fish bar in Nishinomiya City.
One sip of the sake seemed to be a little lacking in flavor, but when paired with the sashimi, it seemed to enhance the dish and the sake's deliciousness.

Light. The aftertaste is also very clean.
It is a little insufficient to drink by itself without food.

As indicated by the label "super dry", it is light and refreshing. It is refreshing.
However, the spread of umami is easier to understand than the "Kurogyu" that we drank together.
Compared to junmai ginjo with a 50% rice polishing ratio, I feel a roughness, but I personally like it.
It has punch. The taste of the rice comes through with a bang.
On the back label, it says, "We dared not polish the Omachi rice, a sake rice that can express the flavor of rice as much as Yamadanishiki, but we brought out the full power of the rice. The label on the back says, "Omachi is a sake rice that can express its rice flavor as well as Yamadanishiki.
