It was the type of sake that is light, soft on the palate, and easy to drink. The label is cute.

I like it because it is sweet and has a taste I rarely encounter in other sake! It's pretty close to juice, and my dad said he couldn't drink it with sashimi.
Since it is apple, I would like to try regular Kinonene as well.
