At room temperature, it is relatively easy to drink without any peculiarities, but when it is heated up, the umami and acidity become stronger.

taka_yIt's not easy to find and I hadn't had a chance to see it in a restaurant. So when I found it on the menu of a Western restaurant in Toba, I reflexively ordered it. It has a smooth mouthfeel and is very rich in flavor. The taste is comparable to Western food, but it doesn't overpower the taste of the food. It's fruity, sweet and sour, slightly bitter and spicy. I remember the last time I drank it, I had to chill it, warm it up, dilute it with water and lick it up a little at a time, and I was fed up with it for months. When I put it in my mouth this time, I remember it was so good... Tasty? It was so good. Has my mouth become thicker after 30 years or has my tongue become deaf? Or maybe the alcohol is milder. What if it was the original sake I used to drink? It's good now, so I don't mind... It's just as rich in flavor as the Tamagawa Raw Motomoto Stork Label, which is my favorite, and it's milder and a little easier to drink than the Tamagawa. It's another one of my favorite drinks.
