It's cloudy and the glass is sizzling! When I try it, I can't believe it's alc 17 degrees, it's so easy to drink! Combined with the gaseous feeling as if it were carbonated, the glass empties quickly! In the second glass, I drink it slowly, feeling the sweetness and bitterness. The sourness is not felt so much, and if it were not for the gas, it would give a gentle impression. I've been able to change my image of Ikarashi again, I'll definitely drink it again!

The aroma is thick banana, with a hint of lactic acid. The taste is a grapefruit reminiscent of Koenigiku. It is more sour than the SNOW CRESCENT and has more depth, but it has a good crispness when it goes down the throat. I really enjoyed it, so I'd like to taste the changes slowly!

This is my second bottle of Kimusume Shuzo since Sakyami. I bought it because of the beautiful label! It's an unpasteurized sake, so it's a bit harsh in the throat. After a week of drinking, the taste became much rounder and easier to drink! I had the impression that I had to drink it right away, but I realized that's not true! There are so many ways to drink it.

A bottle I bought completely on looks, peachy color. It wasn't too hard to open the bottle, when I turned it over and mixed the tailings, the color was like white peach When I drank it, it tasted like sweet sake? My first time at Hououmida! Expectations were running high! When I opened the bottle and poured it into the glass, I was greeted with a strong fruity aroma like muscat! Because of the refreshing aroma, I thought it would be light on the palate, but it was fruity with a solid sake feel that made it an excellent drink! A bottle from Machida Shuzo, a sake brewery in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture! The aroma is not strong but crisp like an apple. The bitterness is noticeable in the mouth, and there is a sense of gas. It was truly an adult's ramune. It was refreshing and easy to drink! After all, it's only 1,400 yen and you can buy a 4-pack bottle! I want to buy it again!

A forest of wind! The aroma is just apple, clean and fruity! The first sip is surprisingly smooth! You can taste the sourness and bitterness rather than the sweetness. But when it goes down your throat, it's so smooth! You don't feel the 16 degrees alcohol at all, so you can't stop drinking it! Half of the bottle is gone in an instant, so I corked it and put it in the fridge. This is the kind of sake that makes you drunk before you know it. It's delicious, this is a repeat!
