When I went to the liquor store to buy another sake, I saw a Koei Kiku I had never seen before. He said, "It just arrived today. I decided immediately.
The aroma is thick banana, with a hint of lactic acid. The taste is a grapefruit reminiscent of Koenigiku.
It is more sour than the SNOW CRESCENT and has more depth, but it has a good crispness when it goes down the throat.
I really enjoyed it, so I'd like to taste the changes slowly!
