I've never had Ryuki before, so I ordered it with great interest.
The owner said it has a refreshing aroma because it uses yeast No. 9 and No. 10.
When I smelled it, it smelled fresh and fruity, like muscat!
The sweetness comes first, but when it goes down the throat, it has a spiciness and sharpness. A good choice for a meal!
I want to drink various kinds of sake and brands.
