It is delicious with firm sweetness and fizz! Every time I drink a sake with a lot of oli, I worry about whether it has a bran-like taste, but there is none at all, it's clear and extremely tasty! It has a slight melon taste and goes well with any meal!

Sake brewed by Okazaki Sake Brewery in the wake of the Noto Peninsula earthquake I was really curious to see what would happen if Okazaki-san brewed Gohyakumangoku. It is not fruity, but it is tangy and fresh, and the spiciness typical of Ihyakumangoku matches well with the sweetness of Kamerei. It is so delicious that I wish it could be brewed every year!

The birthplace is always delicious. Drier and less sweet than usual Yamadanishiki. The fruity flavor is also less fruity than usual. The fizziness is the same as usual. The finish is perfect for summer. It's really delicious!

Highly satisfying, even if dry! This sake is clear, dry, slightly fruity, but satisfying enough to drink. The food pairing information on the label is very helpful. As the label says, it seems to go well with anything, even meals that are usually difficult to pair with sake! I highly recommend this bottle for the coming season!

This is still the one! A sweet and tasty bomb with absolutely no bitterness! It's good no matter what you drink, but this year the Yamae-Nishiki and Miyamanishiki were just too good to be true! Okazaki Sake Brewery! Thank you for your always delicious sake!

Nice to meet you, Gassan is a summer sake! It is a junmai sake, but it is very clear and free of any cloying taste. It is a junmai sake, but it is very clear with no clutter. It has a strong acidity and goes well with light meals. It is slightly fruity and dry. I am curious to try other sake!

It has been a long time since the Star Series! It is quite refreshing for an Abe-san, and many people may feel it is too thin. But the refreshing taste is more acidic and goes well with a meal. It is 13 degrees Celsius, so it is very light! Personally, I would like to drink the Star Series like the old days again!
