The Hara Brewery is a rare sake brewery located in the basement of a condominium in Hiroshima City.
I had heard that they only ship a few bottles and was hoping to run into them someday 👀 I discovered them when I was making the rounds of supermarkets looking for rice.
Gorgeous apple-like aroma 🍎.
It's dry but easy to drink with a nice mouthfeel.
It went well with strong flavored dishes.
