It has a delicious taste typical of Aizan. I've been drinking a lot of nama-shu lately, so I thought it wasn't as fresh as nama-shu. But maybe it's nonsense to compare it to nama-shu in the first place. I'm an amateur, so I'm not sure.

I bought this because I wanted to try Sake Future. This is delicious!!! It's one of the best I've ever had! It's got a burst of fruitiness and umami that I really like! The only thing that bothers me is that it was made 9 months ago. Also, once you open the bottle, you can't close it again.
