A smash hit from the sleeping lion of Kumamoto, Yamamura Shuzo, which owns Reizan! It doesn't have the muddy feeling that secondary fermentation sake tends to have, but is refreshing and very easy to drink. This is an ambitious work. I'm looking forward to its future development.
