I went on a trip to Aizuwakamatsu for sake. What a surprise! I heard that it won the first prize at this year's sake fair! The gold medal-winning brands are for souvenirs. For myself, these two are for me 🍶. I compared the sake from Fukushima, but I got the impression that many of them were very sweet. These two are sweeter than the other two.

Purchased at the Sandozawa Sake Shop on a trip to Nagano! Limited edition made from rice harvested this March. Sweet? Refreshing? Spicy! I can taste so many different flavors! So delicious!

I love this one so much that I always buy it when I go to Nasu! They don't sell them by mail order, so you have to get them locally... a rarity! It's so good when it's frozen! One of my favorite sake 🍶.
