I wanted to drink something sweeter, so the liquor store recommended this to me, and I felt like I was getting a bargain when they only ship it one day a year. It's tangy, then fruity and disappears quickly. It's a good sake for a good couple's day. Thank you very much for the food.

A gift from my son. It looks like a whiskey commercial, but there's no reason it can't be good. It's dry but with a clean aftertaste. Perfect for this humid season! With korokoromo menchikatsu.

I started drinking it before it had a chance to cool. It's not like it's made from rice. The flowery aroma goes down my throat and into my nose. It's sweet but the aftertaste disappears easily. I'm so happy! While tightening it up with Hwasho-flavored Karamucho I keep drinking it. I'm looking forward to drinking it chilled next time.

I was at the liquor store and was wondering if there were any good ones that I saw in your post. I was wondering if there was a good one. The name struck a chord with me and I bought it! It was said to have Keiko Kitagawa's image. I was reminded of her in this season's drama. I gulped it down. How mellow! It's not too sweet, but has a nice sourness. I sipped and sipped. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you.

This sake brewery is located in the lovely town of Obuse. They say that the further north you go in Shinshu, the drier the sake. It's dry as soon as you take a sip! →It has a deep flavor, and then what? Then it changes to a clear, slightly sweet taste. With Yokota Seika's oyaki and eggplant sauce. Bravo!

Cider in the mouth? →Tingly →Hot and intoxicating. It's a gorgeous sake that makes you think of a field of rape blossoms in early spring. I started to drink it while cooking. The plan is to make tsumire soup and grated shirasu.

Pressed in the morning of Risshun. Local sake. People who make the sake, people who deliver it, and people who drink it all come together to celebrate the arrival of spring. I see. Even before you drink it, you feel a sense of solemnity. It has a nice aroma, then dryness, then a little sourness, then umami, then sweetness. A feeling of withdrawal. It's good. A nice gift. It must have been made in a place with clean water. It has a clear and clean taste. Unlike the soft water of Fushimi, it is the same medium-hard water as the Miyamizu of Nada. the same as Nada's Miyamizu. We had a delicious drink after the Hoto. Thank you for the meal.
