It was recommended to me as a sweet sake by my favorite liquor store. Since it is an autumn sake, the aroma is a little mild, but it has a peachy aroma and a firm sweetness. At the end, it leaves a bitter taste on the palate, which makes it a refreshing drink.

The aroma is very strong, partly because it is a junmai daiginjo. Peach? Muscat? The aroma is sweet but clean and pleasant. The taste is very juicy, like biting into a fruit. It is slightly sparkling, so it has a clean aftertaste and leaves a pleasant bitterness on the palate. Delicious!

This is a standard brand of the popular Akabu. I have been curious about it for a long time and finally drank it. My first impression was beautiful! The aroma is mild, but when you drink it, you can taste the sweetness. However, it is refreshing and the sweetness quickly disappears. It is a delicious sake that lives up to its reputation.

I usually drink only sweet sake, so the liquor store recommended that I try something a little more medium-spicy. Even though it was a little spicy, the aroma was strong and peachy. The taste is a little mild, but there is a freshness to it. It has a sharp and clean aftertaste.

This is delicious! It certainly has a strong grape-like aroma, just like the label. Perhaps it is because it is orikara, but when you drink it, it has a silky taste like a lactic acid drink. But it is a clean, clear sake with a strong presence.
