Imanishi Sake Brewery was selling new sake, and there were about five kinds of sake in the shop. Basically, it's raw sake, and this is the first one.

My mother's parents live in Oki Island, Shimane Prefecture, so I chose a sake from Shimane Prefecture. This sake is said to be from Oku Izumo, and both Izumo and Nara have something in common in terms of ancient history, which makes me feel close to them.
When you drink it, it feels like a traditional sake. And yet, it's made a little easier to drink.
