The third bottle, Bodai Gen. Unusually, this sake is recommended to be warmed to lukewarm. However, it can also be drunk cold and is delicious.

Second bottle.
A summer-only junmai sake. This sake has a fresh mouthfeel.
After the umami flavor spreads to the palate, it finishes clean and crisp.

The first bottle of sake.
It has a traditional sake flavor, but it is also delicious and tasty. This kind of sake is good for a change.
I heard it is often used as a sacred sake.

I was back home with my parents and bought this at the main Imanishi Sake Brewery.
I bought six other bottles of this one!
This one was served last night. My father cooked a dish that went well with sake and we drank it all. It is still a delicious sake with a melon-like aroma and a crisp aftertaste on the palate.
The second bottle was local Mimuro Cedar. When I opened the cork, it flew away vigorously 😅As the name Hana-Kyun suggests, it tastes like a woman would like it, a little sweet and slightly carbonated.

This is the sake I drank last week. This sake was also served at the Ise-Shima Summit. I was told that it goes well with crab, so I drank it with crab hot pot. It has a bit of acidity, but it is a very fruity sake, and I thought it would be well received overseas.
It may be a little lacking in flavor, but it was one of those sakes that will make you stand up for your lord while erasing your presence like a ninja.

It was the last. It was like the sake you drink at Okami Shrine, but with more flavor. It was very easy to drink as a midday drink. I'd like to buy it again when I go back to my hometown. #Pokota's Sake Diary
