ととしI bought my first bottle of Hatsukame from Shizuoka to try a different kind of sake. When I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, the aroma was very good and my expectations soared. When I tried it immediately... what? I can't taste it? There's no scent coming through the nose at all. It may sound a little over the top, but if I were to use an analogy, I'd say it's like drinking water. If you say it's easy to drink, it is, but I like the aroma of sake that comes out of my nose when I put it in my mouth. So, personally, I won't be repeating it. Postscript I had it warmed up the next day. The aroma was enhanced and it was even easier to drink. I'll try it hot next time.

MantaHello, Totoshi ^ ^. I don't know how you drank it, but the back label says the recommended drinking temperature is between 8°C and 40°C. Wouldn't you feel the taste and aroma more in the higher temperature range?

ととしMatsu no Kotobuki's exclusive sake! We were able to purchase it at our usual liquor store, thank goodness. We had it right away, but... it was too good! It was the first time I was shocked since I drank Matsunotobuki's Shizuku label before. I've been a fan of Matsu no Kotobuki since the Shizuku label, but now I'm even more of a fan (lol). It's refreshing, yet punchy and thick. I love the taste of it, and we had it while saying "yum, yum". If you see Matsu no Kotobuki, please try it too!

ととしIt's a sake named Eikun Holic (Holic) = Eikun Addiction. It is said that it is a limited edition of 1,500 bottles at 8 stores nationwide. We are lucky that the liquor store that we always go to is one of them! It's very fragrant, and the anticipation builds even before you drink it. When you try it, it's very rich, but you can't help but gulp it down. I'm going to try it tomorrow with ice as the label says.

ととしThis time I bought it at a different liquor store than usual. I was attracted by the colorful label. The concept seemed to be to have four different flavors to compare, but we only bought the blue label. The aroma was strong and very nice, and the taste was easy to drink and light, but I thought it would be better if the taste was more assertive. But I thought it could be a little more assertive. Anyway, it's easy to drink, so you need to be careful.

ととしI had it for the first time. I visited a different liquor store and bought it. It had a very strong taste because of the high alcohol content. But I didn't feel it was "thick" like the label said. I will drink it slowly. I will drink it slowly.

ととしIt's been a long time since we've had this, Matsunotobuki Shizuku Label! It has a subtle aroma that makes it easy to drink, but the flavor comes through later. It's so good that I opened a bottle right away, so this time I'm going to drink it slowly.

ととしThis is the first Eikun I've had this year. The owner told me to be careful when opening it, so I opened it carefully and was surprised by the carbonation, which was more than I expected. It has a gentle sake aroma and a mellow taste! The carbonation is strong, but it's very easy to drink, and I drank a lot. It's easy to get drunk, so be careful. (I'm writing this while drunk). Ei-kun, I recommend it!
