ととし
This is my first Shimane sake.
When I first opened it, I thought it was a little dry, but it was refreshing. The aroma is strong and perfect.
A week after opening the bottle, it became sweeter and easier to drink. It is common for sake to become more sour after opening, but this is the first time it has become sweeter, which surprised me.
