I opened one today that was included in a grab bag I purchased. I had received Dokpo beer before, but this was my first sake from the brewery. When I drank it, I thought it was easy to drink and the aroma through the nose was guttural, but it also smelled like bananas, as described on the package. I bought this as a souvenir from my trip to Shimane. I bought Gassan because I remember drinking it a long time ago and enjoying it very much! There were many varieties, so I chose a dry sake, which I don't usually drink. The aroma through my nose was astringent, just like sake! I realized again that I personally like light sake that I can drink easily (lol). I will enjoy it slowly.
