Easy to drink and refreshing like water. A little bit of Ginjo aroma goes through the nose. It is a great sake that can be drunk easily. It is delicious.

I've had both kiyoshu and nigori sake before, but I've never had both kiyoshu and nigori sake, so I was curious when I bought this one. I was expecting it to be sweet and sour, but it wasn't that sweet for a sake with a sake rating of over -50. It's a slightly sparkling, slightly sweet, sloppy, high-viscosity saké with a distinctive nigorizake aroma. It may be good as an aperitif or after-dinner drink, but it's not good as a sipping drink. It is not drinkable in quantity, so a small bottle is certainly sufficient.

As the name suggests, this is an easy to drink sake that is not too assertive. I think it's good to drink at a leisurely pace. It is the sacred sake of Izumo.

It is an old sake that has been matured in the refrigerator for 7 years. It has a beautiful amber color and a strong aroma. It has a peculiar taste, but it is easy to drink.
Also, the best thing about it is its price. It's so cheap that you'd think the only price increase is the cost of electricity for the refrigerator.

This is a refreshing summer drink. The acidity typical to Miyoshikiku is moderate, so people who don't usually drink Miyoshikiku can drink this sake easily.
