drinking at home
The first sake I bought in a bottle.
It was a fine sake with a strong sense of rice flavor and sweetness.
It tastes best at room temperature, but it can also be enjoyed cold or hot.
Drinking at home
Purchased at a sake event
It had a strong sweetness, but it was elegant and easy to drink.
It went down well and I drank about 2 gou of sake at once!
drinking at home
A gift from my brother.
Very refreshing and easy to drink.
I don't usually drink Junmai Daiginjo, so I couldn't tell the difference from other brands.
drinking at home
Dryer than expected
Fresh aroma, clean sweetness followed by sourness
It has a graininess.
Sourness is stronger than sweetness?
It seems crisp when served cold, but when served at room temperature, the apple-like aroma comes out and it becomes easier to drink.
drinking at home
Mild on the palate, with a delicious rice aftertaste.
It is said to go well with almost any dish, but personally, it did not go well with teriyaki yellowtail.
Memorandum for home drinking
The aroma is especially good and the taste is well-balanced and elegant
My favorite sake and I would like to try many others in the series
Memorandum of drinking at home
Comparing it with the remaining Senzuke, it is easy to drink, which explains why it is called "Fushimi no Onna-shu" (women's sake).
It is easy to drink, but it loses out when paired with strong-flavored food.
Outside Drinking
Comparison of Nanbu Bijin and Koroh
The first sip has a sour taste, which I thought would be unpleasant, but the umami taste comes later and the overall taste is well integrated.
More complex taste than other Junmai sake
Drinking outside
Comparison with Kororo and Kudokibe
It is crisp, dry, and has a strong umami taste.
Personally, I like it a lot, and it was the most to my liking in the comparison.
I want to buy it next time I see it!
