I purchased this sake on the recommendation of the president of my favorite liquor store. It is a red sake and looks just like "Ine Mankai". Like "Ine Mankai", it is a sweet sake, but it is less sour than "Ine Mankai", making it very easy to drink. When mixed with soda, it brings out more acidity and sweetness, making the drink go down a treat.

I bought this sake at my favorite neighborhood liquor store, which recommended it to me because it was brewed with the precious sake rice "Tankan Wataribune". It was a very tasty sake with a moderate sweetness typical of Aizu Musume and the umami flavor typical of "Short-stalked Wataribune" spreading out, and I found myself drinking more and more of it. I purchased this bottle at Sawakiya, a liquor store in my neighborhood. It was the 105th bottle in a limited production of 1515. It is a spring sake, but since I have a lot of sake stock in my refrigerator, I laid it down for a little while and finally had a chance to drink it. Pouring the sake into a cup, the aroma of melon spreads softly. The sake has a strong sweetness in the mouth, but the refreshing aftertaste keeps you coming back for more. It is a very tasty sake, and I would like to try it again next year.
