To commemorate Fukushima Prefecture's return to first place in the 2024 National New Sake Competition with 16 gold medals, tied with Hyogo Prefecture, we opened a bottle of Niida Honke's "Odayaka Omachi Namagashi". The fruity sweetness, moderate acidity, and slight effervescence combine to make a refreshing sake that will suit the coming summer. After coming home after working in the heat during the day, drinking this sake will be even more enjoyable!

I visited "Sake Bargin Kura" on a trip to Morioka and found it there along with Shinmasa No. 6. The taste was concentrated with the sweetness and deliciousness that has set the current trend, and I could understand why it is considered synonymous with good sake. I hope to drink it again.

I had never had it before, so I ordered it because I did not know when I would have a chance to drink it if I missed this opportunity. I bought this at my neighborhood Sawakiya. When you open the cork, you are enveloped in a sweet fruity aroma. When you put the sake in the cup in your mouth, the sweet and juicy taste spreads in your mouth all at once, and it is very tasty and makes you drink more sake. It goes well with food, and the sake alone is also delicious, so you can easily drink too much.
