I bought this sake at my favorite neighborhood liquor store, which recommended it to me because it was brewed with the precious sake rice "Tankan Wataribune". It was a very tasty sake with a moderate sweetness typical of Aizu Musume and the umami flavor typical of "Short-stalked Wataribune" spreading out, and I found myself drinking more and more of it. I was told that it was already sold out, so I would like to buy it again next time.

I purchased this bottle at Sawakiya, a liquor store in my neighborhood. It was the 105th bottle in a limited production of 1515. It is a spring sake, but since I have a lot of sake stock in my refrigerator, I laid it down for a little while and finally had a chance to drink it. Pouring the sake into a cup, the aroma of melon spreads softly. The sake has a strong sweetness in the mouth, but the refreshing aftertaste keeps you coming back for more. It is a very tasty sake, and I would like to try it again next year.

I visited "Sake Bargin Kura" on a trip to Morioka and found it there along with Shinmasa No. 6. The taste was concentrated with the sweetness and deliciousness that has set the current trend, and I could understand why it is considered synonymous with good sake. I hope to drink it again.
