At my favorite liquor store, I asked if there was any easy-to-drink heated sake that they would recommend since it was getting cold. He recommended Koigawa, Kyo-no-Haru, and Toyobai. I chose the "Toyobai Junmai Shu Kanzite" as he recommended it as the easiest introductory sake to drink. We bought it in a bottle because it is twice-heated and never kept refrigerated, and we were told that heated sake is easy to sake up. Immediately after opening the bottle, I warmed it too much and the flavor of the sake was lost, so the second time I heated it slightly lukewarm, which enhanced the flavor and aroma and made it lighter and more delicious to drink. We were told that temperature is important for heated sake, so we purchased a bottle of Kanmakase at our favorite liquor store, and now we can enjoy heated sake even better.

My favorite liquor store had in stock a kijo-zake brewed with "Tenmei" Kame-no-o, so I immediately bought it. It tasted like a new light nigori sake that was smooth, sweet, delicious, and fizzy with a hint of orikomi. The aroma was sweet like pineapple or muscat, and the sake was enjoyable in both aroma and taste, so the saké went on and on. It is a good sake to drink as a dessert after warmed sake.

The new sake season had arrived and was in stock at our neighborhood liquor store. There was a vent hole drilled in the top of the lid, and I was told that the carbonation was quite strong, so I opened the bottle while turning the lid to release the gas little by little. The bottle was opened without overflowing, so I poured it into a flute glass and tasted it. Since one-third of the sake is nigori, I thought it would be quite sweet, but it was rich but moderately sweet and went down my throat more refreshingly than I expected. I would like to compare it with other nigori sakes, as my local liquor store has a variety of delicious nigori sakes in stock now.

I bought it at my favorite liquor store because I was told that it was newly stocked there. I had had "Odayaka" from the same brewery, but I thought it was better suited for warming sake because it had the same sweetness as "Odayaka" but was more citrusy, fresher, and richer than "Odayaka". I have not tried heating it up yet, so I would like to compare how the taste changes between cold and warmed sake.

I purchased this sake at my favorite liquor store at the end of last month. I was told that this sake is brewed only by the young brewer of the "Tenmei" brewery. It is a delicious sake with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, as if it is new sake, and the final taste is so smooth that you find yourself drinking more and more sake. We are already out of stock, so we would like to enjoy it a little at a time.

I bought this sake recommended by the president of my neighborhood liquor store. 3 years aged sake, it has a rich sweetness, flavor and deep richness. I was told that it is recommended to drink it warmed, so I heated it thoroughly and then let it cool down to get the perfect balance of sweetness and richness. It is limited to only 30 bottles, so we will savor it little by little.

I purchased this sake at my favorite liquor store. It is almost time for new sake to be on sale, and I recently opened a bottle of "Tenmei Nakadori Zero" and enjoyed the taste of new sake, but I also wanted to drink a sweet, robust and tasty sake, so the liquor store recommended it to me. It was very tasty, not only with the sweetness typical of Aizu Nakasho, but also with the addition of a firm umami flavor after one summer. It is a sake I would like to drink slowly and savor.

I purchased a bottle of Tenmei Chutori Zero-go, which went on sale at my favorite liquor store on Sunday, November 2 at 2:00 p.m. Tonight, I opened the bottle and fully enjoyed its taste. The freshness, acidity, and sweetness typical of new sake burst in my mouth. It was so delicious that the sake cups kept flowing. I have a feeling that the Tenmei Nakadori series is going to be delicious again this year, and I look forward to its appearance in the future.

Like "Ine Mankai", it is a sweet sake, but it is less sour than "Ine Mankai", making it very easy to drink. I purchased this bottle at Sawakiya, a liquor store in my neighborhood. It was the 105th bottle in a limited production of 1515. It is a spring sake, but since I have a lot of sake stock in my refrigerator, I laid it down for a little while and finally had a chance to drink it. Pouring the sake into a cup, the aroma of melon spreads softly. The sake has a strong sweetness in the mouth, but the refreshing aftertaste keeps you coming back for more. It is a very tasty sake, and I would like to try it again next year.

To commemorate Fukushima Prefecture's return to first place in the 2024 National New Sake Competition with 16 gold medals, tied with Hyogo Prefecture, we opened a bottle of Niida Honke's "Odayaka Omachi Namagashi". The fruity sweetness, moderate acidity, and slight effervescence combine to make a refreshing sake that will suit the coming summer. After coming home after working in the heat during the day, drinking this sake will be even more enjoyable!

I visited "Sake Bargin Kura" on a trip to Morioka and found it there along with Shinmasa No. 6. The taste was concentrated with the sweetness and deliciousness that has set the current trend, and I could understand why it is considered synonymous with good sake. I hope to drink it again.

When you put the sake in the cup in your mouth, the sweet and juicy taste spreads in your mouth all at once, and it is very tasty and makes you drink more sake. It goes well with food, and the sake alone is also delicious, so you can easily drink too much.
