I bought this sake at my favorite neighborhood liquor store, which recommended it to me because it was brewed with the precious sake rice "Tankan Wataribune".
It was a very tasty sake with a moderate sweetness typical of Aizu Musume and the umami flavor typical of "Short-stalked Wataribune" spreading out, and I found myself drinking more and more of it.
I was told that it was already sold out, so I would like to buy it again next time.
