My favorite liquor store had in stock a kijo-zake brewed with "Tenmei" Kame-no-o, so I immediately bought it. It tasted like a new light nigori sake that was smooth, sweet, delicious, and fizzy with a hint of orikomi.
The aroma was sweet like pineapple or muscat, and the sake was enjoyable in both aroma and taste, so the saké went on and on.
It is a good sake to drink as a dessert after warmed sake.
