I purchased this bottle at Sawakiya, a liquor store in my neighborhood.
It was the 105th bottle in a limited production of 1515.
It is a spring sake, but since I have a lot of sake stock in my refrigerator, I laid it down for a little while and finally had a chance to drink it.
Pouring the sake into a cup, the aroma of melon spreads softly.
The sake has a strong sweetness in the mouth, but the refreshing aftertaste keeps you coming back for more.
It is a very tasty sake, and I would like to try it again next year.
