Shocking taste!
Sweet and elegant! Overpriced!
Delicious on its own.
Not a food wine.
Should be consumed within a day or two of opening, it turned sour after a week.
Purchased at a liquor store in Yokote when returning home.
Mellow aroma with a sense of Akita sake! Powerful, umami flavor!
It claims to be dry, but it's dry without any harshness, so you can enjoy it without any hesitation 😆.
Grilled mushrooms
The acidity of the ponzu vinegar enhances the sweetness...
The sourness of the ponzu sauce enhances the sweetness and the lingering aroma of the mushrooms...

Fat
Purchased at a key shop in Morioka.
I was attracted by the statement that it goes well with meat, so I bought it.
The first sip had a much stronger sourness than I expected.
It is a different kind of sourness from that of doburoku, which I had never tasted before, but it is pleasant!
Next, I was struck by the pungency and bitterness characteristic of sake, but this was to be expected.
This is a taste I have never tasted before, but 10 years ago, I would not have liked it.

It is a wonder that you don't feel sourness when you drink it with meat.
I am sure it goes well with hamburgers, so I'll leave it and try it tomorrow.
The first bite is spicy, but when paired with sushi, the sweetness is enhanced😋 and it goes down smoothly.
