I got it as a return gift from Kurafan!
I came across this item during my trip to Niigata last year, and it sparked my exploration of Japanese sake ✨.
The aroma is a fresh aroma of rice with a hint of pineapple!
The first sip is completely pineapple🍍 sweet and sour! No bitterness or spiciness at all 😆.
As time goes by, the taste changes from pineapple to dark rice, probably due to the temperature change 😳.
To be served with salmon carpaccio, pizza with quatro-style shirasu and pate de campagne ☺️
The acidity of the carpaccio is 👍
The second half of the meal was leaner: 😵💫
I still find sweet dishes too difficult for me😅.
