Like the standerd class, it has a sweet and sour taste followed by a dry feeling when drunk alone, but it is clearer and sweeter than the standerd class 😚.
It changes its expression depending on the dish it is paired with✨.
For fried horse mackerels, the dryness is strong and understated, with a hint of effervescence...
For hormone dumplings with a strong habit, the sweet and sourness is assertive in a mischievous way...!
If I had to choose one or the other, I think I prefer the staderd class.
