This sake gives a good impression with its gorgeousness like a ginjo-shu and soft water from the spring of Mt. The aroma is more like fruity and the taste is rice. Easy to drink.

The dry taste. One sip will warm you up. You can taste the rice flavor consistently from cold to hot, but it's interesting to see how the character comes out when it's hot or cold. Perfect for outdoor activities.

Hot sake "-" Aroma "melon" Impression "fruity, gorgeous" Crisp "○" Aftertaste "clean, slightly spicy
As soon as you open it, you hear the sound of gas escaping and the fruity aroma spreads like wildfire.
Melon and Muscat? It's fruity and rich, but the mouthfeel is very light and not overpowering at all. It is so light that you can drink it with a mug of wine without having the feeling of being caught in the throat or the spike of alcohol. After a little while, it becomes slightly tangy and then disappears.
It is a sake that is hard to find.

My first Tobiroki.
The first day I opened the bottle I could clearly taste the melon flavor. The spikiness of the alcohol is assertive, and I felt it was slightly difficult to drink. The impression is a little uneven.
The fourth day after opening the bottle, the alcohol becomes less assertive, and it seems to have come together. The melon flavor becomes milder.
10 days after opening the bottle: It is different from the first day. The whole becomes coherent and easy to drink. It is regrettable that there are only a few bottles left. It might be good to leave it this long after opening the bottle.

You can taste the sweetness of the rice softly and gently in this sake.
When heated, the sweetness tends to be hidden and the alcohol tends to come forward, but you can still taste the rice flavor.
It is delicious at any temperature, but I felt it showed its potential best when it was heated to just a touch.
