When you open the bottle, you will smell a sweet aroma.
It is smooth in the mouth.
The bubbly sensation in the mouth grows slowly but moderately, so it is very easy to drink.
It is a junmai ginjo, but you might not be able to tell it is a junmai daiginjo.
Personally, I find it easy to drink and very tasty.
