Sake in Nagasaki was an unknown world! Tobiran was in the "fruity" category on the menu at Magokoro Ishii, which is strong in sake. The other items in the same category were all to my liking, so I took the plunge and ordered some. It was delicious! It was a little bit soggy. A little sweet? I'd like to get it next time I see it.

It's been a while since I've had a "wind". Maybe this is the first time for the yellow label? Purchased at the Nihonbashi Fukushima Product Hall MIDETTE. The dried meko fish was also purchased at MidetTE. It seems to be grilled after being marinated in squid fish sauce, kelp broth, and shiitake mushroom broth. Sake drinkers can't get enough of this. Sake from Fukushima and a side dish from Fukushima. It is the best combination! Oh, the yellow label seems to have a slight sourness in the first sip. The familiar wind is very soft, so it's a bit of a change of pace. It's delicious!

I remember buying a jar at a roadside station a long time ago and it was delicious, so I bought it again. At that time, it was a blue bottle with cuts all over it. Since I was on a trip to Gunma, I thought I'd like to have one from a Gunma brewery, too. Not too sweet, not too spicy. Is it more on the spicy side? We bought it at Sarugakyo Ichimasuya. It is a good liquor store!
